Today Room 7 was observed by a very kind lady named Amanda.
She came into our class with Mra Raj. We have been doing mindfulness for
quiet a while now so that is why Amanda came so she can see what we have
learnt about it. We showed her mindful Breathing , how to draw our breathing
, Emotions and much more things. We couldn’t show her mindful eating and
nature walk because we were sitting down on our chairs.
I really enjoy Mindfulness because it really controls my anger and it also helps
with your breathing. Mindfulness also helps you to be calm , relaxed , happy
and joyful. Our teacher told us to use mindfulness at home or anywhere else so
our anger get low. I learnt that rugby players used mindfulness in there games
with other teams.
